We are proud to announce the Fretboard Summit Scholarship Program.

The Fretboard Summit is designed to be an educational and inspirational event. We are awarding 12 scholarships to individuals who want to attend but are financially unable to do so.

To be eligible for a scholarship, applicants must:

– Have a demonstrable interest in the guitar as a player or builder
– Be able to arrange your own transportation and lodging to Costanoa Resort in Pescadero CA, November 6 – 8, 2015
– Be unable to attend without the support of a scholarship

If you’d like to apply, please submit an essay of 300 words or less by June 1, 2015 explaining why you’re a qualified applicant for a scholarship. Please type the essay into the body of an email and send it here. Be sure to include your full name and phone number. You may also include three links to your work (YouTube, photo galleries, other pertinent sites, etc.)

2015 Fretboard Summit Scholarship recipients will be named July 1, 2015. We hope to see you there!
