A friend handed me a copy of FBJ #1, as I flipped through, I recognized three names: Frank Ford, Richard Johnston, and Richard Hoover. Thanks to my friend for the copy, and thanks to the staff for a visionary start and stalwart effort on number one.

Frank is an Icon in the guitarbuilding world. He never lets glitz and glory go to his head though. He's been so helpful over the years to a new, backwoods luthier from Arkansas, I just want to say so. I know most builders know Frank or his work, but just in case there is a newbie out there, still wet behind the ears, check out: www.frets.com

Go Frank Go, and Go FBJ Go, and thanks to my buddy, Phil
